We are currently not offering international delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Most items are sent via Australia Post’s parcel post service. Items 60cm x 60xm or larger will be sent using specialist artwork couriers. Items sent via Australia post can be tracked via the Australia Post website.
The processing time for all items is 1-3 business days, unless specified in the item description. Some of our items are available on backorder, you will be notified before checking out if this is the case. For these items, the processing time will be up to 5 business days. If you require an item on backorder urgently, please contact us.
You will receive an email upon confirmation of your order. Another email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has dispatched.
Free delivery is offered on orders over the value of $200 AUD.
Orders under $200 AUD incur a postage fee of $10 AUD for Standard and $15 AUD for Express.
Delivery time estimate is 3-9 business days depending on the delivery location (metro or country) and if the parcel is travelling interstate.

International deliveries are available for $30 AUD, with standard tracked postage.
Free international shipping is available for orders over the value of $400 AUD.

Taxes and duties are not included and are determined at the destination.
Any import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost and damaged goods
Dendritika will provide compensation for lost goods if and only if the package did not get marked as ‘delivered’ by Australia Post. Compensation will also be provided for damaged items if damaged items are reported to Dendritika within 2 business days of the package being delivered. Otherwise, no compensation will be provided by Dendritika.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged. Artwork/homewares, necklaces and cuff links can be exchanged within 30 days after date of purchase with return delivery at the buyer’s expense. Custom orders are not eligible for exchanges.
Returns and refunds
Returns are not accepted for change of mind. Only faulty items will be refunded. Items are not considered faulty if general wear and tear or excessive force has caused the items to become bent out of shape or disfigured.
Our exchange, return and refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
